Cocktail Meatballs
Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1/4 tsp. garlic juice, 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs, 1 small onion, finely chopped and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix hamburger, garlic juice, cornflakes, onion, eggs, salt and pepper together and make small meatballs.
Mix jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice in skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
Drop meatballs in sauce and cook 45 minutes on medium heat.
You may leave meatballs in or take them out of skillet, but if left in, skim grease off meatballs.
