Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. coca-cola and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, flour, soda and salt; set aside.
Heat to boiling margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola.
Stir constantly.
Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and beat well.
Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
Add marshmallows.
Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float on top.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°. Check with a toothpick.
Cool for 20 minutes before frosting.
