Drain peaches.
Line 9-inch cake pan with heavy-duty Reynolds wrap.
Let foil extend about 2-inches above rim.
Melt butter in pan.
Sprinkle sugar and almonds over butter.
Arrange peaches and cherries over sugar.
Mix cake batter according to package directions.
Pour over peaches.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
