Cleo's Dessert
Cleo'S Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crumbled, 1/2 c. butter, 2 pkg. instant pudding (3 oz.), 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 qt. toasted almond or butter brickle ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix ice cream, milk and pudding mix.
Save part of cracker mixture, press remainder in bottom of pan.
Pour ice cream mixture on top.
Cover with whipped cream.
Sprinkle top with saved cracker mixture.
Put in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
