Classic Chocolate Truffles
Classic Chocolate Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 9 oz. milk chocolate, chopped and 3/4 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
As soon as cream reaches boiling point, remove from heat, add the chopped chocolate and cover the pan.
Leave covered for three minutes to allow chocolate to melt.
Stir the mixture until perfectly blended and smooth.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool and stiffen.
Drop by spoonful on wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
Form into balls and dip into chocolate.
