Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. clam juice, 1/4 c. tomato paste, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, salt to taste and 1 lb. drained canned minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan combine celery, clam juice, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes; add water if too thick.
Stir in clams, chives, parsley and oregano.
