Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans (6.5 oz.) minced clams, 2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. diced celery, 1/2 c. diced carrots and 1 cube butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain clams.
Put clam liquid over vegetables and add water to cover.
Cook over low heat until tender.
In another pot, melt butter.
Add flour and half and half.
Stir frequently until smooth and thick.
Add to cooked vegetables.
Add clams and spices; simmer 1/2 hour.
