Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices lean bacon, 2 c. clam juice, 2 c. diced raw potato, 2 tbsp. butter and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon; and crumble.
Onion and celery until transparent.
Diced potato.
Cook for a few minutes, not until potatoes are soft.
Mix the flour and melted butter with a small amount of liquid; add gradually to clams and potato mixture.
Bring to a boil, slowly adding rest of seasoning.
Stir well.
Serves 10 to 12.
