Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans minced clams (3 c.), 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. light cream and 2 medium size boiled potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Set aside 1 cup clam liquid.
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes in a bowl and save 1/2 cup of the liquid.
Fry onion; don't burn.
Stir in clam liquid, 1/2 cup potato liquid and clams.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
