Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans minced clams, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. diced celery, 3 c. diced potatoes and 3/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put onion, celery, potatoes and clams (with juice) in large pot.
Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
In microwave, melt butter.
Add flour and stir until you have a smooth paste.
Slowly add 1/2 cup half and half into flour/butter mixture.
Stir into vegetables slowly.
Add remaining half and half and the salt, sugar and pepper.
Enjoy!
