Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams, 3 to 4 medium white potatoes, 2 cans evaporated milk, 1 stick butter or margarine and 1 small onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Simmer clams in large pot.
Meanwhile, saute onions in 1/4 cup butter until tender; add paprika.
Boil potatoes in separate pot until tender.
Add onions and potatoes to clams, then add evaporated milk and remaining butter.
Extra cans of clams and more potatoes can be added. Cook on low until butter melts. Serves 8.
