Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery, flour (to thicken saute) and 4 c. clam juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute the onions and celery in the butter.
Add the flour to thicken saute.
Add the clam juice and cook slowly until thickened. Add the bouillon cubes, clams and potatoes.
Throw in some salt pork.
Cook all together until flavors are all blended. Remove the salt pork and then add the half and half cream.
Heat just a few more minutes and serve.
