Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, cut up, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 potatoes, chopped and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon and onion in skillet until crispy.
Stir in flour. Cook potatoes until tender.
Drain and mash about 1/2 cup potatoes against pot.
Add bacon, onion and flour mixture.
Put in water and liquid for clams.
Stir in clams and half and half.
Season; cook on low heat until bubbly.
