Cinnamon Sweet Rolls
Cinnamon Sweet Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. oleo and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Scald milk, sugar, salt and oleo.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure water in large bowl.
Dissolve yeast; add milk mixture, eggs and 1/2 of flour.
Beat until smooth; add rest of flour to make slightly stiff dough.
Knead on floured board about 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl; let rise 1 hour.
Punch down.
Roll out in rectangle.
Spread with 1/4 oleo; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Roll up like jelly roll, then cut into 1-inch slices.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes. Frost with 10x sugar and milk.
