Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco, 4 tsp. salt and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Scald milk.
Add sugar, Crisco, salt and butter.
Set aside to cool.
After cool, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Combine milk mixture and yeast mixture.
Add eggs; stir in flour.
Dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes.
Let rise until double.
Punch down; let rise to double again.
Divide into 4 pieces.
Roll into jelly roll; spread melted butter on dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Roll into jelly roll; slice.
Let rise and bake at 350Β°.
