Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 c. warm water, 1 c. shortening and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1 cup warm water. Add the shortening, sugar, salt, beaten eggs and 1 cup warm water. Add 3 cups of flour at first; beat with wire whisk, then add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring in with wooden spoon. Cover bowl; let rise 1 hour.
Flour board and roll out 1/2 of dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread with butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
You can add more sugar so it makes its own glaze.
Roll up and cut into 1-inch slices to place in greased pan.
Let rise 2 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
