Cinnamon Apple Salad
Cinnamon Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. lemon gelatin, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. red hots, 2 c. unsweetened applesauce and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir gelatin, water and red hots until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill until partially set.
When partially set, add walnuts.
In separate bowl, blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise.
Swirl cheese mixture into gelatin to achieve a marbled appearance.
Chill until firm.
