Cinnamon Apple Salad
Cinnamon Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. lemon gelatin, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. red hots, 2 c. unsweetened applesauce and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Stir gelatin, water and red hots until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill until partially set.
When partially set, add walnuts.
In separate bowl, blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise.
Swirl cheese mixture into gelatin to achieve a marbled appearance.
Chill until firm.
