Cincinnati Chili
Cincinnati Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 qt. water, 2 medium onions, chopped finely, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 4-quart saucepot, add ground beef and water.
Stir until beef separates to a fine texture.
Boil for 1/2 hour.
Add all ingredients and bring to a boil, uncovered.
Stir to blend.
Reduce heat and simmer, still uncovered, for 3 hours.
During last hour, pot may be covered, if it has reached desired consistency.
Makes 8 servings.
