Ciambelone

Cream butter and sugar until creamy; then add eggs, all but
2 egg whites (save for tops), then add flour alternating with milk. and whiskey.
Beat 2 egg whites until foamy, but stiff, for top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Use a round pan with a hole in the center.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. This is an Italian cake.
