Church Window Cookies
Church Window Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.), 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), 1 pkg. colored mini marshmallows (10 1/2 oz.) and toasted flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In heavy saucepan (or top of double boiler), melt together chocolate chips and butter.
Stir in nuts and marshmallows. Mix well.
Sprinkle coconut on waxed paper.
Turn out chocolate mix onto waxed paper; shape into log and sprinkle with coconut remaining on waxed paper.
Roll in waxed paper and refrigerate 24 hours.
Slice into desired thickness.
Makes 3 logs.
