Church Window Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. chocolate chips, 1 stick oleo, 1 pkg. small colored marshmallows, powdered sugar and coconut (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chocolate chips and oleo in top of double boiler.
Cool thoroughly and add marshmallows.
Divide dough into 2 parts, form rolls and roll in powdered sugar and coconut on wax paper.
Store in refrigerator until firm.
Slice into desired thickness.
