Chunky Cranberry Sauce
Chunky Cranberry Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 apple, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 16 oz. pears in juice, drained and chopped, 3 ribs celery, sliced and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Core apple and chop coarsely.
Toss in small bowl with lemon juice, draining off any extra juice.
Toss together apples, pears, celery and pecans.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Just before serving, drain any juice from fruit.
Stir cranberry sauce into fruit, breaking it into pieces.
Serve immediately.
