Chunky Applesauce
Chunky Applesauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cooking apples (such as cortland), quartered and cored, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 packets sweet one, 1 tbsp. water and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut each apple into half crosswise.
In large saucepan, combine quartered apples, sugar, Sweet One, water, cinnamon and cloves.
Over low heat, cook, covered, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are soft, but still chunky.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
