Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 chickens, boiled, boned and skinned, 1 bunch celery, chopped, 1 box minute rice, 1 or 2 cans bean sprouts and 4 or 5 onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken.

Cool and pick off bones.

Cut up celery and onions.

Steam in separate pans until tender.

(Drain off water.) Drain bean sprouts.

Add celery, onions, bean sprouts and chicken. Mix all together.

Heat; do not cook.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook rice.

Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
