Chow-Chow
Chow-Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. chopped cabbage, 4 or 5 large, chopped green peppers, 3 or 4 large onions, 1/2 gal. chopped green tomatoes and 4 or 5 slightly ripe tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

All vegetables need to be chopped.
Mix together.
Bring vinegar, water, sugar and salt to a boil.
Add vegetables and simmer 3 minutes.
Pack in jars and cook in hot water bath 5 minutes.
Makes 11 or 12 pints.
