Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. beef or chop suey meat, 1/2-inch cubes, 1 c. chopped onions, 5 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. molasses and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring meat to boil and pour off water.
Add vegetables and enough water to cover meat and vegetables.
Cook 1 hour.
Add molasses, sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Cook for another 1 1/2 hours.
Ten minutes before it is done, add bean sprouts.
When finished, thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over cooked rice.
