Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat (stew beef, pork or venison), 2 c. celery, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 small cans bean sprouts and 1 large can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat. Add celery, onion, bean sprouts, mushrooms, soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 3 hours. Before serving, thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over Minute rice or noodles.
