Chokecherry Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. chokecherry juice, 1 pkg. powdered pectin, 5 c. granulated sugar and 1/2 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Measure juice into a large saucepan.
Add pectin and stir well.
Bring to a hard boil.
Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Bring to a rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, skim, and pour into hot sterilized jars.
Cover with melted paraffin or seal.
