Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
1. Combine sugar, magarine, and oil in large bowl and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, beating after each one. 2. Add vanilla and buttermilk and beat until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients.
Gradually add to first mixture beating until smooth. 3. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips, and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. 4. Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to one hour or till cake tests done.
