Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat with mixer.
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture; beat with mixer.
Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean and dry).
