Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
Cream together margarine and sugar until they are smoothly blended.
Eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and zucchini.
Add dry ingredients alternately
Add nuts.
Pour in a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for approximately
1 hour or until done.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn over on rack to thoroughly. Drizzle glaze over cake.
