Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream together butter, oil and sugar.
Add beaten eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Add zucchini, chocolate chips and pecans (nuts). Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
May be iced on top with whipped cream.
