Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Blend well.
Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, cloves and cinnamon and salt.
Stir together.
Add zucchini; mix well.
Spoon into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Does not require frosting!
Bake in glass pan at 325° for 45 minutes; metal pan at 350° for 40 minutes.
