Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine for butter, softened, 1/2 c. oil (do not substitute applesauce it will not work), 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the butter, oil and sugar.
Add the eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Stir into butter mixture.
Add the Zucchini and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Top with 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/4 c. sugar.
Bake 325Β° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
