Margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream; with mixer.
Mix dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
At 350Β° for 45 minutes.
No frosting.
