Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Chocolate Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. shredded zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to zucchini mixture.
Pour into small (3 1/2 x 6 x 2) loaf pans and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and remove from pans and cool.
You could also bake this in a 9 x 13 pan for 40 minutes at 350°.
