Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate, 1/4 c. whipping cream, 1 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp. warm water or 2 tbsp. of any liqueur (kahlua, grand marnier, etc.), 2 tbsp. butter and 1 to 2 tbsp. cocoa powder or other toppings to roll truffles in, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all, but topping ingredients, into a small saucepan and slowly melt, stirring constantly.
Pour into a bowl and chill until firm.
Using a melon baller, shape into balls and roll into topping mixture.
Place on plate and keep in refrigerator.
Set at room temperature approximately 30 minutes before serving.
