Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate Truffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, 10 tbsp. butter, softened, 2 egg yolks, beaten, 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Cream butter with egg yolks in bowl.
Add confectioners sugar gradually, blending well.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
Chill until firm enough to handle.
Shape into 30 to 35 balls.
Roll in cocoa.
Store in airtight container
