Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate Truffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. pecans, few grains salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water (not boiling).
Stir in milk, salt, chopped nuts and vanilla extract. Cool until mixture can be shaped into small balls.
Dip each ball into sweetened cocoa powder.
Cool and store in a can.
