Chocolate Sour Cream Cake
Chocolate Sour Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. baking cocoa, 1 c. margarine, softened and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour, baking powder and baking cocoa in bowl.
Cream margarine, shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream and milk, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for several minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
