Chocolate Snowflakes
Chocolate Snowflakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until blended.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to wet mixture, mixing after each addition. Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place cookies 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
