Chocolate Silk Pie
Chocolate Silk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt, 1 c. skim milk and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
Let stand 3 minutes to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In food processor or blender, combine gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients except crust and topping.
Process until well blended.

Cover and chill several hours. Top with whipped topping.
