Sift together in a large bowl the sugar and flour.
Mix in saucepan the oleo, shortening, cocoa and water and bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over dry ingredients. Stir well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour in a 16 x 11-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 400Β°.
