Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
In saucepan, put oil, water, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix together eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and add to batter.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased sheet pan and bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
