Mix together in large bowl: sugar and flour (sift twice).
Mix in saucepan: water, butter, oil and cocoa.
Boil 1 minute.
Mix with flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, soda and salt. Pour in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
