Chocolate Roll
Chocolate Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring.
Cool slightly; stir in powdered sugar and egg.
Beat to creamy and glossy.
Put in marshmallows and nuts to coat.
Put coconut on wax paper and roll mixture in it.
Shape into roll.
Make into two rolls.
Slice.
No bake.
