Chocolate Rocky Road Cake
Chocolate Rocky Road Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury devil's food bundt cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 c. water, 1/3 c. soft margarine and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch Bundt pan.
In large bowl, blend packet of cake mix and next 3 ingredients until moistened.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Fold in 1/2 cup marshmallows, 1/4 cup chocolate pieces and 1/4 cup nuts.
Pour into greased pan and top with remaining marshmallows, chocolate pieces and chopped nuts.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool cake in pan on cooling rack.
Blend packet of glaze mix (number 2) with 1 2/3 tablespoons warm water. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
