Chocolate Pound Cake
Chocolate Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 c. margarine, softened and 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat sugars, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
Beat in sour cream alternately with dry ingredients.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes, or until wooden picks come out clean.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
