Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first three ingredients, mix well.
Separate eggs. Beat yolks.
Add milk gradually to yolks.
Add to first mixture. Pour into pie pan lined with pastry.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Add meringue made of the two egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar, beaten until stiff.
Reduce heat to 350°.
Brown meringue lightly.
